Todd, this note is long overdue……..back on October 9th I experienced one of the most impressive service experiences in my life.
This took place at the ChainBusters race at Jackrabbit Trail. I entered the two man 6 hour relay with my best friend from Atlanta.
We were very excited to spend the day competing in this awesome race on a great trail.
At the end of my first lap I noticed loud creaking sound coming off of my new Gary Fisher bike. I took it over to Sean who was operating as the mechanic representing Reality Bikes.
Within minutes Sean diagnosed my mechanical (rear suspension bolt cracked) and notified me that my bike could not make another lap.
As you can imagine I was bummed out. I drove down from Virginia to hang with my buddies and ride in this race.
Shawn immediately came up with a solution by offering a demo ride from Reality…a Santa Cruz Nickel. After the first lap I realized this was not your typical demo bike…..it was spectacular!!
I was able to complete the race and even finished the final (4th) lap faster than my first lap using my Fisher.
Todd, I owe you and Shawn a huge thank you for:
1) Committing to Chainbusters on 10/9/10 as their on-site mechanic
2) Hiring a great mechanic with exceptional customer service in Shawn
3) Making my year and memories for life!
I wish you a very successful 2011 and I look forward to stopping in on my next visit to Atlanta.

From there you can find the program two ways:
1) Search window, pull down menu, select Big Creek
2) Use program numbers (see below). Not sure why they are separated, but use #13699 and you will see the first 3 individual rides in November. If you search #23699, there are 2 pages of results, and all the rest of the individual nights. At end of the list are the package listings.
Program #23699-20 is for the 4 pack
Program #23699-21 is for the 10 pack
Program #23699-22 is for the entire season
Option #1 ($34/$51): All rides
The “entire season” package, our most popular option; this is for every single ride, for entire winter series, we encourage this option as this is a Fund Raiser for the all volunteer bike club. For rained out rides we will typically reschedule the ride and post on RAMBO website and SORBA forums
Option #2 ($24/$36): 10 rides
This is for “10 pack”, you can attend any 10 rides of all ride dates, do them all in row, all at beginning of winter or maybe just attend rides when temperatures are below freezing!
Option #3 ($12/$18): 4 rides
This is for “4 pack”, you can attend any 4 rides of all ride dates, do 1 ride per month, all in row or maybe just attend some rides when temperatures are above 50 degrees!
Option #4 ($4/$6): 1 ride
This is for a single ride, 1 night only. Not the most cost efficient option but non-the less it was used last winter. The more the merrier so come on out. If you are using this option to just “try out this night riding stuff”, please let the instructors/ride leaders know and we can assist/guide you, especially if your 1st time riding at Night.
PLEASE NOTE: you can NOT arrive at trail and pay for the program, it must be done on-line or in person at City Hall. You CAN register up to within 1 hour of the start of the ride. This will allow city to notify the Ride Instructors of the additional name(s) being registered, in time. If you are not registered, you cannot ride at Night. We highly recommend you bring your on-line confirmation printout to the 1st ride you attend (just makes life easier for us).
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: (in addition to Helmet) is at least one Light for front direction and one “red blinky” light for your backside. Highly suggested equipment is: Extra battery for your lighting system, extra layers of clothes for real cold nights.

2010 6/12hrs at Jackrabbit - Presented by Chainbuster Productions
Todd/Eric:
I just want to send a quick note of thanks to Shawn and Reality for the support this weekend during the Chain Buster season finale 12hr race. I raced the 12hr solo(sport) for Reality Bikes (Shawn has pics) and finished in 2nd – 12 laps (110mi). The bike worked out great but she was getting a bit cranky towards the end and Shawn kept me running.
Again thanks to everyone at the shop for helping make these rides a success.
Regards,
Scott T.

Fresh Customer Testimonial from the 4 Ways in a Day Time Trail
Fresh helped several customers with repair work at the race. Two customers were able to podium as a result. Here is a testimonial from one of those riders, Chad O.
Shawn,
Shawn,
I really appreciate you busting out with the derailler cable replacement for me and the new piece of housing. My shifting was flawless after that. Its a good thing i went out there for a replace-a-lap, it sealed my 2nd place position. no way could i have done that w/o you hooking up my sled!! i didn't have any extra derailleur cables with me. doh!
by the time i made it back over to the tents after the DH stuff, you were already gone. I wanted to throw some cash in the bucket for your help.
see ya at Big Creek some time.
thanks again, main!
